The
established domain name for the account:
After the sign-up through EZ-Hosts Web Hosting plan and Internic domain
name check, you should have been notified within 72 hours after registration
if the domain name you selected was available.
If you have selected a domain name that isn't available, you can email
Virtual Design at modify@virtualgreen.com
and alert us to the domain name change and the new approved name. Please
be sure to include your Company Name in the subject field. We also suggest
you make sure the second domain name is approved and checked at http://www.networksolutions.com
and that they have given you domain name confirmation (within 72 hours
after registration with EZ-Hosts), before notifying Virtual Design
of a second domain name change.

Your
Company Logo:
In an online form you will be asked to attach an electronic file of your
company logo. It is preferred to be in .gif or .jpeg format and 72 dpi
(dots per inch).
Other formats
we accept:
.GIF, .JPG, .BMP, .PNG, .EPS, .PCT, .TIF or .PSD.
Resolution:
We also can take high resolution logos (150 dpi). We can accept very high
resolution images (300 dpi). If you do have 300 dpi images, and are unable
to reduce them to a transmittable size, please mail them on a PC or MAC

Dimensions:
Be careful not to make the logo too small in dimension. We would like
the option to allow your logo to be as large as possible to enhance the
look of the site while not greatly effecting download speed. Also, intricate
logos become hard to read when reduced too drastically. The optimum size
of a logo to send us is:

300 pixels X 300 pixels, or at least one dimension (height or width) being
300 pixels. 300 pixels translates into a little over 4 inches. This will
allow us to resize the logo to it's final size and best readable state.

Copy
for the homepage in electronic format:
You may provide your homepage copy in several electronic formats. We accept
MSWord files, WordPerfect files and .txt files. You may also just type
in your copy directly into the field provided on the form if you don't
have access to word processing software.

Images
and photographs in electronic format:
To send images to Virtual Design, please attach an electronic file of
your photographs or images to an email. It is preferred to be in .gif
